The Commission Sales Lead Trainee is responsible for learning the skills necessary for selling to and assisting customers. This
position assists in supervising the store when a salaried manager is not present. Also, in the absence of a salaried manager, this position supervises hourly associates in the store. Additionally, this position is a role model within the unit for abiding by and holding others accountable for the Code of Business Conduct and overall business practices, and leads by example with the highest level of integrity.

Job Duties:
* Learning the skills necessary for selling to and assisting customers
* Works to personally achieve Company standards for Sales productivity
* Spends time on the sales floor in direct interaction with customers facilitating the sales process
* Follows the Company process for the We CARE selling proces and teaches, coaches and ensures that other Sales Associates use the process as well
* Follows the Company process for selling metrics, including, but not limited to Protection Agreements and soliciting credit applications, and sets an example for the store by achieving personal goals in these areas

* Acts as a key carrier, and follows all policies and procedures outlined in the key carrier agreement, including asset protection standards, opening and closing the store on a regular basis

* Ensures a positive experience for every customer as measured by store surveys and mystery shops
