In this role, the Quality Engineer:
* Develops and implements programs and processes to ensure that Trinity Meyer products are safe, legal, and meet or exceed customer expectations for compliance with national/regional/global regulations.
* Compiles & writes training material and conduct training sessions on improvement tools & methodologies.
* Plans and executes projects and team activities to facilitate changes that have a statistical impact on business results, especially as it relates to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
* Identifies improvement opportunities and apply scientific methods, statistics and problem solving techniques to improve and sustain product quality and process effectiveness.
* Prepares quality analyses and recommends necessary quality procedures changes.
* Records quality test results and present to various levels of management
* Records and analyzes customer claims.
* Reviews documentation related to manufacturing processes to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer
* Performs Time-Studies and work with the Continuous Improvement team to increase quality and efficiency
* Adapts six sigma methodology into process improvement, monitoring and analyzing data to identify non-value-added steps.
* Creates process audit plans and ensuring that quality systems and products are produced to Trinity Meyer standards and specifications.
* Performs audits and assessments on processes and procedures to ensure compliance to specifications, engineering drawings and procedures
* Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
* Communicates with customers, suppliers and program personnel on quality related issues.
* Solves complex problems and takes a new perspective using existing solutions
* Uses independent judgment to solve routine problems and makes recommendations on complex issues
* Solves diverse range of problems of varying scope and complexity
* Serves as a project lead on small to mid-size projects with moderate level complexity
* Applies in-depth job knowledge to a wide range of multiple or complex tasks
* Works independently and receives minimal guidance
* Acts as a mentor and resource for colleagues with less experience

Required Experience
What you will need:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or other related field
* Certified by the Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). Required
* CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) status through ASQ (American Society for Quality) or other equivalent organization, required
* ISO 9001:2015 experience required
* 5 years of Quality Engineering experience

This step-down (intermediate) unit provides inpatient care for patients requiring services from the Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant subspecialties. Admitting diagnoses include, but are not limited to, leukemia, lymphoma, brain tumors, neuroblastomas, solid organ malignancies, sickle cell disorders and other types of genetic and immune disorders. In addition, adult stem cell and bone marrow donors are cared for on this unit.

Nurses are responsible for coordinating patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Nurses are required to be competent in the care of the hematology, oncology and pre-, ante- and post-bone marrow transplant patient, including the administration of chemotherapy and biotherapy. Competency is established and maintained through an internal educational process. All registered nurses on 3 East must successfully complete and maintain the National Association of Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurses (APHON) Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Course, the APHON BBMT Core Curriculum, Hematology and Oncology 101, and PALS certification. Nurses are strongly encouraged to achieve their specialty certification: Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse (CPHON).

The type of patient care provided in this area is complex due to patient diagnosis, the intensity of therapy, the criticality of patient condition, and the extensive patient/family issues that necessitate nursing intervention. 3 East will care for patients of the Nemours Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children is affiliated with the Children’s Oncology Group (COG), a national organization dedicated to the care of pediatric cancer patients. The Department of Blood and Bone Marrow Transplantation, Nemours Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders is Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT)-accredited and is recognized as a National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP)-designated center.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the banquet bar prior to event including requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on projection based on event order functions sheet.

Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, proper storing and labeling of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.

1-2 years of bartending experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Must be able to lift, push, pull and or carry up to 30 lbs.

Must be able to carry multiple drinks at once.

The primary objective of this position is to establish the firm’s daily financing needs based on established parameters and agreements and the subsequent reporting of this detail to management. This position is also responsible for the initiation of types of money movement

Responsibilities:
* Determine the necessary levels of borrowing and investing according to the firm’s daily cash and margin positions, by analyzing and capturing transactional data from a variety of sources (systems, deparments, reports, and other institutions). Ensure the financing occurs in a manner consistent with established objectives, monitoring and managing bank and clearing broker balances and associated risks. Ensure appropriate and effective use of customer and firm collateral in conjunction with funds supplied by Bank Loans. Maintain on-going communications with departments that impact financing; such as Short-term Trading, Capital Markets Accounting and Trade Settlement. Monitor compliance with bank agreements.
* Calculate and request electronic transactions (wires) to concentrate (mobilize) cash to ensure the most efficient use of the firm’s financial resources.
* Prepare, analyze and distribute a daily Financing Summary, identifying variances (forecast versus actual), relaying all detail to management. Maintain historical financing data. Create Daily, Monthly, Quarterly reports from that data for Management and utilize the data for ad-hoc analysis as necessary.
* Coordinate issuances of Commercial Paper with BNYMellon and record these issuance in the firm’s general ledger.
* Maintain a register of Long-term debt transactions, generate timely quarterly interest payments (in agreement with Long-term debt agreement), facilitate quarterly rate reset, and record interest in firm’s general ledger.
* Maintain register of firm’s share repurchase program. Validate accuracy of vendor reporting and facilitate payments as needed.
* Handle the process necessary to originate all domestic and/or international outgoing wire requests; as well as firm-related ACH transactions, using predefined internal procedures and tools along with secure banking software/websites; posting these transactions to the firm’s client account or General Ledger.
* Update and analyze Excel tracking/reporting workbooks.
* Update monthly banking analysis information including, perform monthly analysis of the main operating banks to ensure efficient use of funds, minimize uncollected fees, and monitor service charges. Record fees in the firm’s general ledger.
* Provide customer service to various internal departments and branch staff to research and/or resolve transactions relating to Treasury.
* Act as backup/support to others in the department, performing duties as assigned during busy periods or their absences.
* Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.
