Maintenance/Engineer

The Engineer is responsible for the general maintenance of all areas within the hotel.

Essential Functions include (but are not limited to):

* Perform general repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including but not limited to carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, minor electrical, finish work, etc.
* Prioritize work orders through urgent requests and established hotel area down times in order to minimize inconveniencing guests.
* Effectively interact with department managers is required.
* Respond to guest room calls as required.
* Complete any and all assigned preventative maintenance procedures.
* Follow safety and sanitation standards.
* Perform any other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace (English).

* Safely maneuver a tractor and trailer combination vehicle in a compact yard area.

* At direction of Management and/or Yard management system, move empty trailers to shipping doors, set loaded trailers to the doors and remove loaded/empty trailers from dock doors.
* Lift and open trailer doors.
* Slide trailer tandems when necessary
* Frequently bend to place and remove wheel chocks.
* Safely enter and exit yard tractor numerous times per shift.
* Safely maneuver equipment with good backing skills.

* Safely load, unload, sort, stack, label and transport products into and out of warehouse using forklift

Mobile Phlebotomist is responsible for traveling to LTC facilites and drawing blood as indicated on route sheet, via requisitions within the facility or EHRx report. In addition, this position serves as front-line customer service to our client base. The Mobile Phlebotomist checks each nurses station for requisitions, specimens etc. for return to the laboratory. Once all assigned draws are completed, Mobile Phlebotomist returns to lab to process blood and/or draw additional patients as directed by supervisor.

2. Use 2 forms of identity to verify correct patient

3. Engage with facility staff; secure signature in the event of patient refusal or „unable” and notify DISPATCH immediately in the event of a „hardstick”

Parts of the merchandising job can be physical. This position sometimes requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long hours,, frequently reaching above and below the shoulders, kneeling, bending, and crouching. Occasional use of ladders may be necessary.

Our merchandisers work quickly and efficiently using their smart devices and personal computers to complete all project reporting, so having a smart device that uses an iOS or Android operating system and has a data plan is important. We also utilize a state-of-the-art web-based system so all employees need to have regular access to a computer with Internet access, email and a printer.

It is each merchandisers responsibility to get to their work site therefore reliable transportation is a must.

Online training is provided for all merchandising employees.
We also support our reps in the field via our call center and direct contact with their District Manager.
Our merchandisers work independently but they are not unsupported.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be legally authorized to work in the U. S.

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening upon offer of employment

Must maintain our professional appearance standards

Must complete a Digital Interview called a HireVue to be considered for the position.
The Hirevue is then forwarded to the Hiring Manager for review.
